FIGHT! Life: Frank Mir – The Peril of Satisfaction

Frank Mir won his first Ultimate Fighting Championship title when he was just 25, at a time when the UFCs heavyweight talent pool left much to be desired. By the time he returned to the cage following a near career-ending motorcycle accident, Mir quickly discovered that the quality of his opposition had risen dramatically. But Mir also brought something new to the table: increased focus, smarter gameplans, and a near maniacal devotion to training. In Part 3 of this FIGHT! Life series, Mir explains his evolution from phenom to warrior.
