Bellator moved deeper into its second season last night at the Chicago Theater and FIGHT! was there to cover the action. Below you’ll find video of Pat Curran’s KO victory of Mike Ricci. Check back later today for a full photo gallery of action from the cage!

FIGHT! Rankings

In the main event, Olympic wrestler Ben Askren notched a win over Ryan Thomas in his first FIGHT! Rankings qualifying bout – he will enter our rankings after his third major-organization fight. The fight qualified Thomas for our Welterweight Rankings, where he enters at #89.

There are lots of guys moving up, down, or fighting at catchweights during Bellator’s second season – Wilson Reis was ranked #11 at Bantamweight but was reassigned to Featherweight where he was installed at #12 following his win over Shad Lierley. A veteran of lightweight International Fight League scraps, Lierley was reassigned from Lightweight (#70) to Featherweight, where he is ranked #36.

Toby Imada held steady at #51 in our Lightweight rankings with a win over unranked James Krause. Jeff Curran dropped fom #12 to #19 in our Bantamweight Rankings following his catchweight loss to unranked Bryan Goldsby.

No other ranked fighters appeared on the card.
