SWEET HOME
England’s largest MMA promotion—BAMMA—hosts its next event in Nottingham on Dec. 10 at The Capital FM Arena. Andre Winner takes on Diego Gonzalez in a lightweight title eliminator. In addition, MMA legend Randy Couture will be in attendance to sign copies of his new book The Last Round.

THE POWER OF ONE
As part of its strategy to unify the key players in Asian MMA, ONE FC created the One Asian Partnership Network, which currently consists of 17 MMA gyms and organizations that will work in conjunction with each other to promote MMA events. Successful organizations URCC (Philippines), Cage Fighting Championship (Australia), ROAD Fighting Championship (Korea), and DARE Fightsports (Thailand) are already onboard. ONE FC has three events planned for early 2012: Feb. 11 in Indonesia, March 31 in Singapore, and April 27 in Malaysia.

MAXIMUM EXPOSURE
Maximum Fighting Championship 32 heads to Edmonton, Canada, on Jan. 27. The event, which will be broadcast on HDNet, features UFC vets Wilson Gouveia, Brian Cobb, and Antonio McKee.

RIO REPLAY
The UFC will storm back to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, for UFC 142 on Jan. 14. UFC 134, which was a highly successful event that took place in Rio in August, was the UFC’s first return to Brazil since UFC 17.5 in 1998. Featherweight Champion Jose Aldo will put his strap on the line against undefeated Chad Mendes.

MMA Power Tour
MMA Power Tour invades Costa Rica on Dec. 9. The card features several UFC veterans, including Carmelo Marrero and Alvin Robinson as well as TUF 12 contestant Ariel Sexton. The MMA Power Tour will continue its international expedition on Feb. 25 in Colombia, March 17 in Mexico, April 14 in Dominican Republic, and May 19 in Panama.

ON THE ROAD AGAIN
ROAD FC 5 on Dec. 3 in Seoul, Korea, will feature UFC vet Denis Kang against Shungo Oyama as part of its middleweight tournament. In addition, Brian Choi will make his featherweight debut against Bae Young Kwon and Muay Thai aficionado Vuyisile Colossa clashes with Legend FC vet Yui Chul Nam.
