Light heavyweight and TUF 8 competitor Antwain Britt will make his Strikeforce debut on November 20 on the ShoMMA: Strikeforce Challengers card. “The Juggernaut” (9-3) made the announcement during his appearance at the Elite Fighting Challenge 5 event in Lynchburg, Va. on Oct. 17. An opponent has yet to be named, but Anthony Ruiz is being considered for the 205-pound contest.

Britt made his pro debut in 2007 by defeating Patrick Barrantine via knockout in the first round. He racked up a record of 3-1 before being selected as a cast member for the eighth season of The Ultimate Fighter: Team Nogueira vs. Team Mir, but was kicked off the show after breaking his hand in a winning effort against Brandon Garner during the preliminary round. “The Juggernaut” has since gone 6-2 in his last eight fights including victories over UFC vets Antonio Mendes and Carmelo Marrero.

ShoMMA: Strikeforce Challengers will take place at Memorial Hall in Kansas City, Kan. on Fri., Nov. 20 and will air live on Showtime. Other fights include Kerry Vera vs. Kim Couture and Rafael Cavalcante vs. Aaron Rosa.
