Hey Guys. I have just been training my butt off. I feel great. In the last few weeks, my team and I shot a pilot for a reality show that may be happening soon. It was pretty interesting having cameras crews around the team. We also had a party for Dustin and Chad who had recently won fights in the PFC, and the crew filmed a ton of workout footage and personality from the guys. From there, I traveled to a seminar in Washington, DC and got a chance to watch some great fights at a new Promotion called Ultimate Warrior Challenge. There were some crazy fights and a ton of great fans.
From DC, I got a call from Zuffa wanting me to come straight to Vegas to do some interviews for the upcoming fight with Brown. Ive got a small cold so I wasn't to happy about this, but I jumped on a plane and got it done. Headed back to Sac and got back to training with my boys. Hermes Franca was finishing up his two weeks with us and getting ready for his big fight. Got to train with him which was cool. Hermes left today and my buddy Casey Uscola showed up to start his training camp for the next few weeks. Casey is a wild man who has been fighting in Bodog and King of the Cage for the last few years. He is on a suspension and ready to fight in January. Life is good out in Sacramento, I can't wait to fight.

just wondering what your opinion is on zuffa's decision to move some of the wec fighters over to the ufc? how anxious would you be to get a rematch with tyson griffin?

hey man i love your fights and i was so suprised when you lost to mike.i wasnt able to see it because im at a boys ranch in florida.you shoulkd come down here to the ranch i live oak and do some kinda promo or something.think about it.
