What’s up FIGHT! Fans?

I think it’s only fitting that my first blog is to thank all of my fans, family, friends and sponsors for the support that they have given me these past few weeks. We drew an amazing crowd for UFC Fight Night in Omaha last week, the Civic was crazy! I wish it had been a different outcome for my fight, but nonetheless everyone was still behind me.

Now, its back to life as I know it. The day after the fight I was dropping kids off at school and going on a field trip with my son. I am back at the gym, just with a little less rigorous schedule for now!

This week I have a Culture Shock School Tour in Omaha, and then it’s off to Kearney, NE for an appearance at the Tri-State Cage Fighting event. Its going to be a long weekend on the road, because then we head to the Kansas Speedway for a Nascar/RedBull appearance.

I will be back next week for an update on my future fighting plans and what else is going on in my world.

I root for you Houston, every time I see you fight. I believe that you are a very under-estimated threat at 205. I want to see you take the LHW title and shock the world. People need to keep seeing the unmeasured power within your fists. Keep up the hard work.

Hey Houston saw ur last fight and although a loss you fought valiantly. In a unrelated note..much like you did for one of your daughters I too recieved a kidney from my mom. I think its awesome that you are a single dad and have done all you have..way to be a role model man. Well wishes on all your future fights
